What we collect
Your name, email, company name if you give one, the jurisdiction and foundation details you enter, and the plan files you upload. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
What we do with it
We use your plans to produce your compliance package and your email to deliver it. If you request our free checklist, we email it to you and may send occasional service updates relevant to your jurisdiction. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
Your plans
Plan files are stored securely for fulfillment and revision support. We do not share, sell, or publish them. Email us and we will delete your files and your contact record.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell data to anyone.
